I have an idea for economic reform.
http://www.123securityproducts.com/sonysecurity.html
I have ideas for antitrust. Ban conglomerates and their holding companies, get rid of horizontal monopoly, which I will define as %70-%100 market share
of a segment, and vertical monopoly, which I will define as controlling %70-%100 of the supply chain, which is also %70-%100 vertical integration.
Finally, there should be a ban on interlocking corporate directorates and cross-holding of shares, which diminish corporate autonomy.
Other antitrust ideas:
Ban cartels, which I think are companies which band together to restrict competition, in ways such as price fixing, and manipulating supply and demand.
In the tech business, no company should control the software, hardware, the peripherals, and the network. The company must only run one of the four.
With peripherals, they must be not make the interface.
Dear WTO representative,
Last time you mentioned that the WTO does not deal with corporations as that is not in its charter. However I learned in marketing corporations have a
big role in international trade and are beneficiaries of globalization. Can the WTO member states modify the charter so the WTO can deal with
multinationals? Hopefully the corporations will have to follow fair trade laws, such as fair labo(u)r and ecological sustainability. Thank you.
